12.45pm – meet Ararat RSL to leave at 12.50pm by carpool to Ballarat. Must be there by 2pm for registration and briefing. Exclusive use of go kart lanes for group.
GO KARTS
2.30pm – Session 1 – group of 8 – 20 mins go karts.
3.00pm – Session 2 – group of 8 – 20 mins go karts.
3.00pm – Session 3 – group of 8 – 20 mins go karts.
Golf House Hotel is over the road in Doveton St, however you are only able to enjoy an alcoholic drink (at your expense) AFTER you have finished your session (ZERO alcohol limit when driving go karts). Drinks vending and coffee machine onsite only; no food or cafe available. BYO nibbles to keep you going. CLOSED IN FOOTWEAR.
3.45pm – up to 24 people maximum can play (2 games x 10 mins each).
When finished, return to Ararat for a drink or head home.
RSVPs MUST BE PROVIDED NO LATER THAN TUESDAY 18 JULY AS WE MUST HAVE MINIMUM OF 16 PEOPLE AND MAXIMUM OF 24 ATTENDING TO HAVE EXCLUSIVE USE OF THE TRACK.
